fix: 补齐缺失的 5 条规则中文名，修正 en_us 中的中文描述

- 补 elytraCraftable / armadilloImmediateDespawns / offlineFakePlayers / netherPortalSize / trialSpawnerCD 的 name（此前 /list 里显示为驼峰字段名）
- en_us 的 offlineFakePlayers.desc 由中文改为英文
