1.0.0-beta14 启用内置更新后，Windows 上一打开即崩溃（c0000409 栈
溢出）。暂时将 are_updates_enabled 改回 false，待定位并修复崩溃后
再重新启用。

- main.rs: are_updates_enabled 恢复返回 false；
- catalog.ts: 增量新增 1.0.0-beta15 公告；
- 网站 catalog.json 重新生成。
