fix: 修复实例导入与日志路径的 Rust 类型问题

实例导入时先保存相对路径，再移动完整路径，避免借用与移动冲突。
日志帧处理时将通用路径参数转换为 Path 引用，匹配处理函数的参数类型。
忽略本地 .tmp 目录中的下载包、第三方仓库和验证日志。
