fix: Linux 系统安装时游戏目录默认回退到用户主目录

从 deb 等系统包安装时，启动器可执行文件位于 /usr/bin，此前一键安装
StarLight 实例的"选择游戏目录"弹窗会默认到这个系统目录，普通用户既
无写权限，也不适合存放游戏数据。
将默认目录计算移入 theseus::default_game_dir_root()：Linux 下若可执行
文件位于 /usr、/opt、/snap 等系统路径，回退到用户主目录；便携版与其
他平台仍使用可执行文件所在目录。

fix: 更新渠道默认值跟随安装包版本

从 GitHub 下载 Beta 安装包安装后，更新通道默认选中 Release，
因为 update-channel.json 状态文件不存在时会硬编码回退到 release。
新增 theseus::default_update_channel()，按编译期版本号判断：含预发布
后缀（如 1.0.2-beta7）默认 Beta，否则 Release。数据库渠道与设置页
渠道两处默认值统一改为调用它，保证两者一致。

1.0.0-beta14 启用内置更新后，Windows 上一打开即崩溃（c0000409 栈
溢出）。暂时将 are_updates_enabled 改回 false，待定位并修复崩溃后
再重新启用。
- main.rs: are_updates_enabled 恢复返回 false；
- catalog.ts: 增量新增 1.0.0-beta15 公告；
- 网站 catalog.json 重新生成。

StarLight 实例一键安装此前固定落到启动器默认目录，无法选择游戏数据位置。
现复用创建流程的外部游戏目录能力：点击一键安装后弹出目录选择框，
只允许修改游戏目录，其余参数仍由服务器整合包决定。
- hosted::create 接受 game_dir_root，拼为 <root>/<包名> 作为 game_dir_override
（刻意避开 versions/ 布局，该结构被外部直链实例检测占用）
- 新增顶层命令 get_launcher_root_dir，作为弹窗默认值（可执行文件所在目录）
- 新增 HostedGameDirModal 弹窗：只读路径框 + 浏览 + 默认位置 + 安装预览
- 补齐 en-US / zh-CN / zh-TW 三语文案
hosted_create 增加 game_dir_root 参数，前端 hostedCreate/install 同步透传。
