feat: 重做新手导览
按新的顺序重写 main 导览（10 个内容点，导航 + 高亮共 16 步）：
主页、登录 StarLight、侧栏公告、创建 StarLight 实例、发现内容、
皮肤选择器、实例库、实验室、下载、设置的更新页。
- onboardingConfig.ts 重写 onboardingTours.main，并新增 home-intro/
account-login/announcement/create-starlight/settings-updates 文案；
- HomeAnnouncementEntry.vue 增加 data-onboarding-id="home-announcement"
锚点；
- en-US / zh-CN 补齐上述新增文案。

- 移除意外提交的 JVM 崩溃回放日志
packages/app-lib/java/replay_pid*.log，其字节码签名 `IZ` 被
typos 判为拼写错误（应为 IS）；并在 .gitignore 忽略 replay_pid*.log。
- 用 tombi 格式化 .cargo/config.toml、Cargo.toml、
apps/app/Cargo.toml、packages/app-lib/Cargo.toml（表/键排序、
多行内联表压为单行）。
- check-generic.yml 的 tombi 由 1.1.2 升到 1.6.1。
