chore(ai): sync LobeHub models at 6c7a6fb033e4

fix: CI 钉住 cargo-shear 版本为 1.13.4
check-rust.yml 的 shear 任务在 Rust 1.95 工具链下装最新 cargo-shear(1.14.0) 失败：其依赖 ra_ap_syntax 0.0.352 要求 rustc >= 1.98。且 binstall 走 GitHub release 下载时遭遇 api.github.com 403，回退源码编译后同样因版本过高而失败。钉到 cargo-shear@1.13.4（依赖 ra_ap_syntax 0.0.347，要求 rustc 1.95），与 CI 的 stable 工具链兼容。
