AxTps f73bc89f84 fix: 修复 CI 的 rustfmt 与 typos 报错 ...

为 instance 同步命令定义之间补空行并补齐文件末尾换行；将 game-settings-modal 的 languages.ts（Minecraft 语言名数据）加入 typos 排除，避免语言代码被误判为拼写错误。
